GETTING THERE

GOLD COAST AIRPORT (COOLANGATTA)

The airport is situated 20 kilometres south of Surfers Paradise and is serviced by an extensive range of ground transport including rental cars, taxis and buses. For domestic flights, Gold Coast Airport is serviced by Virgin Australia, Jetstar and Tiger Airways.

BRISBANE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS

Airport coach transfers from Brisbane to the Gold Coast take about 90 minutes. Taxis and car rental are also available. The Airtrain Citylink passenger rail service links Brisbane’s international terminal with the Brisbane central business district and the Gold Coast.

TRAIN


Airtrain creates a direct and seamless connection between the Brisbane Airport, Brisbane city and the Gold Coast. Children travel free on Airtrain services up to the age of 14 years, with an accompanying adult.

The tram services 16 stations from Gold Coast University Hospital to Broadbeach South 7 days a week. Timetables, route and ticketing information can be found here.
